WAV Familiarisation Check

Once you’ve had your car a few weeks we’ll get in touch to arrange a post-sale familiarisation check. We will double-check that everything in your vehicle is working as it should be to ensure you are happy with the operation of the equipment.

We will call you to arrange a suitable time to visit you at your home to carry out a safety check on your wheelchair accessible vehicle covering key accessibility and vehicle components.
